Oracle BI Applications: Understanding Levels of Customizations
Oracle BI Applications (OBIA) customers who have had a successful implementation of the analytics solution know that to see material value in their investment, customization (i.e.: tailoring) through extending the OBIA solution is a must. Customization is needed in order to align the Oracle BI Application module’s out-of-the-box (OOTB) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution with each Oracle customer’s business.
