Hoblitzell and Sasso will address how the CIO for one of the 25 largest property and casualty insurance companies in the world was faced with the challenge of its business units running their BI and analytics reporting on an ever-growing number of disparate tools and systems. The company needed a way to not only reduce its costs in managing these disparate tool sets but also sought to develop an integrated data strategy that would align the business units with one source of the truth and lead the company into the future. They will address the challenges of running the business on the myriad number of tools while planning the data strategy for the future and the road map to get to that strategy.
