Datavail Names New Vice President of Strategic Alliances

Company appoints George Maroulakos to foster partnerships to support growth strategy

Broomfield, Colo. — June 12, 2014— Datavail, the national leader in database support and professional services, announced today that it has appointed George Maroulakos as vice president of strategic alliances. In this capacity, Maroulakos is responsible for cultivating and maturing alliances and partnerships with leading technology firms as part of the overall growth strategy of the organization.

With more than 18 years of professional experience in global outsourcing managed services, cloud services and application development, Maroulakos has a wide range of expertise across a variety of technologies and industries. Through Datavail’s alliance network and Maroulakos’ passion for creating solutions that help clients succeed, the company will be able to reach more clients with its comprehensive database solutions.

Prior to joining Datavail, Maroulakos was vice president, Advanced Services – ITO for a global leading telecommunications company. In that capacity, Maroulakos established many key executive relationships with customers and partners to ensure outsourcing services were delivered with high value and strategic importance. In addition, he was a leader in the integration of a strategic acquisition which consisted of more than 700 global resources that provided outsourcing capabilities and solutions to enterprise customers.
