A strategic and results-driven finance executive, Joan brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience in public and private equity backed companies. She has held CFO, VP Finance, and Corporate Controller roles across diverse industries, including manufacturing, software and IT services. Joan began her career with Deloitte.
Joan has extensive experience with global operations, building high performance teams, M&A, financial reporting, working capital management, financing, and strategic planning. She blends her technical acumen with a strategic mindset and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to drive business results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Joan holds a current CPA license, a MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business, and a BA in Economics & Government from Smith College.
