Prior to joining Datavail, Jerry served as Chief Executive Officer of Capax Global, where he led a global team of highly skilled professionals delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions to solve complex client challenges. Under his leadership, Capax cultivated a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous innovation.

During his tenure, Jerry successfully transformed Capax from a multi-national, multi-platform services organization into a highly focused Cloud solutions provider. This strategic evolution enabled deep technical specialization, repeatable delivery excellence, and significant business growth driven by customer outcomes.

Following Capax’s acquisition by Hitachi Solutions, Jerry assumed senior leadership roles, later serving as Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, he drove exponential growth more than doubling the overall business, while strengthening delivery execution and operational scale.

As CEO of Datavail, Jerry brings a clear vision for accelerating growth, advancing innovation, and deepening Datavail’s leadership in modern data, cloud, and AI-driven services for enterprise customers.
