Leadership Team

Mark is President & CEO of Datavail, a national leader in database support and professional services. For more than two decades, Mark has been a leader in the IT services market and brings a wealth of growth-oriented and operating experience in the services business to Datavail.

Prior to his CEO role at Datavail, Mark was President of CIBER's IT Outsourcing division. While there, Mark led CIBER's entry into the IT infrastructure outsourcing market and helped lead that division to a tripling of its revenues and becoming a major force in the ITO sector.

He also served as Chief Operating Officer of AlphaNet Solutions, a regional IT services provider traded on NASDAQ and located in the NYC/NJ area. Mark helped lead the way for CIBER's acquisition of AlphaNet in 2003.

Earlier in his career, Mark held various positions in the IT services sector, including serving as President of Aztec Technology Partners' $175 million New England-based business unit. His background also includes starting up, and then selling, a consulting and services firm that focused on the implementation and support of accounting and financial systems – a business he sold in 1995.

He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where he received a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in business administration. Mark also attended Hofstra University's MBA program from 1988 to 1990.

Mark is an active leader in the IT community and is committed to excellence in service delivery, customer satisfaction and team building inside Datavail.

Keenan is Executive Vice President of Global Services at Datavail, an IT leader in database administration as a managed service.

Prior to joining Datavail, Keenan led the Operations and Technical Presales team at CIBER-ITO. Earlier in his career, Keenan held a number of Vice President and Director-level technical, sales and operations roles with IT consulting firms with a focus on the banking and financial sector.

Keenan started his career in the Fortune 100 environment, holding various management positions at United Parcel Service and Corning. He is an accomplished leader, has authored dozens of technical and organizational analysis documents and routinely presents at major conferences.

David serves as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He is responsible for developing new business and supporting the growth of existing accounts, as well as driving the company’s product marketing, marketing communications and broader business development activities. David brings more than 20 years of technology sales, client management and product management experience to the Datavail team.

Prior to joining Datavail, David served as Vice President of Infrastructure Outsourcing Sales for Infocrossing, the North American infrastructure division of Wipro. He was responsible for all new-logo sales for the $150 million division. David also served as the VP of Sales & Account Management for (i)Structure,  the IT services subsidiary of Level 3 Communications.

Earlier in his career, David was a Director of Wholesale Services at Sprint, managing the relationship with one of Sprint’s most strategic clients.  David began his career in custom software development with Andersen Consulting.

David holds both an MBA and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.

Myrle serves as Datavail's Senior Vice President of Operations, directing the database support team and assimilating critical feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement in Datavail services. Myrle brings over 25 years of experience in operations, management and marketing with Fortune 500 companies, which he applies as Datavail's lead for customer service, process management and operations.

Prior to joining Datavail, Myrle was Senior Vice President at Level 3 Communications, where he led the company's Voice over IP business, customer service organization, and Internet data center business. He also led organizations responsible for product development, marketing and operations at Sprint Corporation, where his team was a Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award finalist.

Myrle has a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in computer science from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. He also has an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Sloane is Senior Vice President & CTO for Datavail, responsible for all the company's technical activities, including service offering, technology strategy and complex customer engagements. Sloane has more than 16 years experience leading technology teams and managing database administration, architecture and large-scale DBA projects.

Prior to Datavail, Sloane was the Director of Global Data Administration at Level 3 Communications, where he built and managed one of the world's largest and complex databases to support the company's first Internet and VoIP network.

Before that, he held senior technical and management positions at Corporate Express, (i)Structure and Sprint Corporation, all of which focused on enterprise database administration and services.

Sloane has a BBA in MIS degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Gulf War, deployed in the 45th infantry division.

Matt brings more than 20 years of software architecture, development and infrastructure experience to Datavail as Vice President of Development.

Prior to joining Datavail, Matt served as Chief Technology Officer at i/o Data Centers, Chief Technology Officer at CIBER’s IT Outsourcing Division and Principal Consultant at Alphanet Solutions. In addition, he has successfully completed development projects for organizations, such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Sharp Electronics and Automated Data Processing (ADP).

Todd serves as Chief Financial Officer for Datavail, responsible for finance, accounting and administration. 

Todd is a CPA with 25 years of finance, accounting and operations experience with hi-tech companies.  During that time, Todd provided senior leadership for finance and operations, and participated in public and private financing and merger & acquisition transactions.  From 2009 to 2010 Todd was CFO for New Global Telecom, Inc. a VoIP service provider.  From 2001 to 2008 Todd was CFO for Aircell LLC, the leading provider of airborne communications equipment and services to the aviation markets.  From 1996 through 2000 Todd held various management positions, including CFO, with Spatial Inc., a software and services company providing 3D modeling, visualization and interoperability technologies.  Prior to 1996, Todd was Senior Financial Analyst for McAfee Inc., a security and information technology company, and PowerUp Software Inc., a utility software provider.  From 1986 to 1990 Todd worked in the Audit group for Arthur Andersen LLP.

Todd holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
