Mike is President and CEO of Datavail, a national leader in database support and professional services. For more than two decades, Mike has been the technology leader for some of the country’s most innovative and dynamic companies.

Mike was CEO of Infocrossing, now a Wipro company that offers a full range of IT outsourcing services to customers around the globe.

Prior to his CEO role, Mike was CIO for Level 3 Communications – a company supplying Fortune 1000 companies with sophisticated, fiber-based IP communication services. His organization was responsible for the worldwide operations of all of Level 3’s information and network management systems, including Corporate and Network Security.

Before joining Level 3, Mike was Vice President and CIO for Corporate Express. As part of the executive team, he helped the company go public and successfully complete more than 300 mergers and acquisitions. Mike helped transform Corporate Express from a private, regional office products company, with revenues of less than $300 million, to a $5 billion global corporation, providing essential business products and services to large organizations.

Earlier in his career, Mike was the Director of Billing Systems for Sprint International. He was also an Associate Partner with Andersen Consulting.

Mike is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in computer science. He passed the CPA examination in 1984.

He is an active leader in the IT community, serving on several Boards of Directors for emerging technology companies.

Myrle serves as Datavail's Senior Vice President of Operations, directing the database support team and assimilating critical feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement in Datavail services. Myrle brings over 25 years of experience in operations, management, and marketing with Fortune 500 companies, which he applies as Datavail's lead for customer service, process management, and operations.

Prior to joining Datavail, Myrle was Senior Vice President at Level 3 Communications, where he led the company's Voice over IP business, customer service organization, and Internet data center business. He also led organizations responsible for product development, marketing, and operations at Sprint Corporation, where his team was a Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award finalist.

Myrle has a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in computer science from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. He also holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Sloane is Senior Vice President and CTO for Datavail, responsible for all the company's technical activities, including service offering, technology strategy, and complex customer engagements. Sloane has more than 16 years of experience leading technology teams and managing database administration, architecture, and large-scale DBA projects.

Prior to Datavail, Sloane was the Director of Global Data Administration at Level 3 Communications, where he built and managed one of the world's largest and complex databases to support the company's first Internet and VoIP network.

Before that, he held senior technical and management positions at Corporate Express, (i)Structure, and Sprint Corporation, all of which focused on enterprise database administration and services.

Sloane has a BBA in MIS degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Gulf War, deployed in the 45th infantry division.

Mark is the Senior Vice President and CFO for Datavail, responsible for Datavail’s financial strategy, management, and accounting operations. In this role, Mark also manages Datavail’s legal, human resources, and procurement functions.

Prior to joining the company in 2008, Mark served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at Level 3 Communications.

While at Level 3, Mark developed and executed a broad range of strategic initiatives and financial transactions, assisting the company in solving significant economic hurdles. Before his position at Level 3, Mark worked on multiple complex financing and strategic transactions with leading financial institutions, including Delphos International, Government Property Investors, Inc., and Stephens Inc.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Northwestern University and an International MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

David serves as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He is responsible for developing new business and supporting the growth of existing accounts, as well as driving the company’s product marketing, marketing communications, and broader business development activities. David brings more than 20 years of technology sales, client management, and product management experience to the Datavail team.

Prior to joining Datavail, David served as Vice President of Infrastructure Outsourcing Sales for Infocrossing, the North American infrastructure division of Wipro. David was responsible for all new-logo sales for the $150 million division. David also served as the VP of Sales and Account Management for (i)Structure, the IT services subsidiary of Level 3 Communications.

Earlier in his career, David was a Director of Wholesale Services at Sprint, managing the relationship with one of Sprint’s most strategic clients. David began his career in custom software development with Andersen Consulting.

David holds an MBA, as well as a bachelor's degree in computer engineering – both from the University of Michigan.
