Prakash brings over 10 years of experience in architecture and infrastructure solutions to his role as Director of Technology Services for Datavail. Prior to joining Datavail, Prakash held several IT management roles at Corporate Express (now Staples), including Senior Database Administrator, Database Services Manager, and most recently, Technical Architecture Manager, where he directed all aspects of technology architecture, including application, platform, security, data, database, server, and storage architecture, as well as supported some of the busiest and most complex databases in the industry.

Prakash holds both a master's of science degree in information systems and a bachelor's of science degree from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in Utah.

Located in Thane, India, Uday has more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry. His wide-ranging experience spans from database administration, architecture, design, and development to performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive database monitoring, using Microsoft SQL Server technology.

Currently, Uday is applying his expertise to lead a team of SQL Server DBAs as the director, SQL Server/Sybase DBA services. Uday guides the team in best practices in database service and oversees the client support function.

Prior to Datavail, Uday worked as a senior DBA and systems analyst at Surat Municipal Corporation, India. While there, he was responsible for the development and implementation of online property tax and other county tax collection systems plus a financial accounting and budgeting system. Uday handled multiple database instances, along with replication configured between various sites in his role.

Uday is a MCDBA. He holds a bachelor's degree in science and a master's degree in information systems.

Patrick brings more than 12 years of experience in database architecture, administration, performance tuning, and infrastructure management to lead the DBA teams that provide 24x7 Oracle database support to Datavail customers. Prior to joining Datavail, Patrick was a Senior Architect at Level 3 Communications, where he was responsible for VLDB & VMDB management of multiple 30+TB instances, database, and storage virtualization, as well as management, development support, and training for internal DBAs on Oracle RAC, query tuning, and advanced partitioning. Prior to Level 3, Patrick was lead database administrator at Etoys and Corporate Express, building and maintaining their critical OLTP, eCommerce, and DW systems.

Patrick holds a bachelor's of science degree in management information systems from the University of Oklahoma.

John draws on more than 16 years of experience, specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite implementations, upgrades, support, and performance, tuning to lead Datavail's Oracle Application Database Support Team. Prior to joining Datavail, John was a Senior Oracle Applications DBA at Level 3 Communications, where he spent nine years administering Oracle E-Business applications, Oracle Application Server 9i/10g, and seven different legacy financial systems left behind from M&A activity. Before working at Level 3, John was a Principle Consultant/Oracle Applications DBA at Oracle Corporation, where he performed numerous Oracle Application installations and upgrades for Oracle's clients, on a variety of platforms, using Windows NT and UNIX operating systems.

Located in Thane, India, Sanjay serves in a two-fold role as Datavail's Country Manager and Director – Technical. Tapping more than 17 years of experience in database management and administration, Sanjay guides the overall administration, management, and successful handling of Datavail India operations in his role as Country Manager. As Director – Technical, Sanjay leads a round-the-clock team of expert Oracle, Oracle E-Business, and MySQL DBAs. Sanjay and his team manage the technical infrastructure to ensure seamless and uninterrupted Datavail client support.

Sanjay has significant experience in setting up and running DBA-managed service operations in India. After spending five years in the United States, Sanjay returned to India to establish a managed services office in Mumbai for ExtraQuest Corp. Sanjay then applied his expertise to launch a new office for Stratavia Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (now part of Datavail).

At ExtraQuest, he was one of the core team members who designed and developed Data Palette, a database administration tool. He also served as an interim managing director.

Sanjay is an Oracle certified DBA and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, master's degree in computer management, and a diploma in taxation from the University of Pune, India.

Eric Russo draws on more than 14 years of experience as a DBA, programmer, ITIL implementer, and change control process manager to run the DBA teams that provide 24x7 SQL and MySQL database support to Datavail's customers. Before joining the Datavail team, Eric oversaw multiple accounts and major projects as the DBA Manager and Lead DBA of the SQL Server team at Stratavia Corporation (formerly known as ExtraQuest), where he grew DBA staffing numbers by 500% while guiding database standardization, best practices, and process adherence. Prior to his work at Stratavia, Eric was the Lead DBA for Enterprise SQL Server databases for Clark County Nevada's IT Department and worked as a programmer and web developer for Clark County, SCI Consulting, and Manifest Information Services.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
